This unique element of our website is a one-stop shop where you can view the status of your current order and your order history, and set up different measurements profiles to use when placing orders for members of your family or friends. You can view all your measurement profiles and update them when necessary. Measurement profiles can be added before you ever place your first order. - What are natural fibers made from? Natural fibers are created using fibers of animals coats, silkworm cocoons, plant seeds, leaves, and stems. Click on the natural fiber below for information on each fiber and their weaves.

Even if someone were to intercept a transaction, they would not be able to gain access to the information. Your credit card information goes directly to an accredited bank or payment processing system. The number is purged immediately after the transaction is processed, so there is no way for anyone to ever see it.

If fraud is detected and verification documents are not supplied, information may be forwarded to country authorities to initiate legal proceedings. Should an order be placed without supporting documents and fraud is not detected, an order will be cancelled and a cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted before a refund is issued to the card. We have a proud legacy of following international human rights and conservation standards. Our factory operations adhere strictly to minimum working age laws, minimum wage regulations, and maximum working hour dictates. It is our policy to never deploy underage individuals or children at our workshops. Potentially dangerous jobs, i.e., working with sewing machines and needles, are only undertaken by workers over 30 years of age. - Where do I send samples for replication or reproduction? Where do I send cloth for CMT work?
To send us samples, follow the instructions outlined below:
a. Please pack the item in as small a package as possible
b. Send it by registered/certified airmail. Please do not use a courier.
If using a courier, there may be import duties to pay.
Declare the package value as under USD 10 to minimize the chances of this happening.
c. Declare the item as old clothing of no commercial value for sampling purposes only
d. Include a note that outlines the order in as much detail as possible
