Description of CVV/CVC Field

The CVV/CVC is a three-digit security code that is printed on the signature strip of your Visa/MasterCard after the credit card number. The number appears in reverse italics and is used to help validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. This information makes it easier for cardholders to sign their cards and provides extra security. See sample below!
