All our shipments utilize International Couriers for safe, fast door-to-door delivery. We do not use International Airmail or surface mail. Typically, you will receive the package in 3 to 5 business days from the day the order has been shipped. The carrier we end up using is selected based on time scales, delivery schedules, cost considerations, delivery location and other related issues.
Should multiple orders be in process with different shippers for each order, we will automatically select a courier that is best able to make a consolidated shipment of all your orders.
Delivery: You may be asked to sign a release upon delivery of your order, acknowledging that you have received it. Changes to any garment after it has been received are considered alterations and there may be additional charges. Once custom garments leave our facility, we are not responsible for any further additions, changes, or alterations that may be done by another party.
